We are committed to providing the best possible care and to keeping costs as low as possible. We will discuss estimated fees with you prior to surgery. Cosmetic surgery is elective and therefore not covered by insurance. We accept most major credit cards, check and cash.
- Cosmetic Fee Plan (Capital One) – You may apply by phone by calling 1-888-440-2375 or online at www.cosmeticfeeplan.com – the finance percentage runs from 1.90% - 13.99%. Your first payment is due 6-8 weeks after your procedure.
- CareCredit – You may apply by phone by calling 1-800-365-8295 or online at www.carecredit.com – The only option our office offers with this company is the 48 month fixed 14.90% interest rate. There is a $2,000 minimum with this company.
- Surgery Loans.com – You may apply by phone by calling 1-888-405-8140 or online at www.surgeryloans.com – the finance percentage runs from 9.99%-27.9%. Your first payment is due 45-60 days after surgery.
- Unicorn Financial – You may apply by phone by calling 1-888-519-6111 or by filling out an application and faxing it to 1-888-519-6222 – the finance percentage runs from 13.99%-19.99%. Your first payment is due approximately4 weeks after your procedure. Unicorn also offers same as cash plans. If you have borderline credit you may be able to get approved thru this company.
